happy birthday to me

I know it's a little late to post this, but I wanted to give a shout out and say thank you for all of you who made my Birthday one of the best. I no longer am a "teen" anymore. It's a little weird when I actually think about it. I actually liked saying I was still in my teens. That way, I was further away from adulthood. Turning twenty is a huge step. It is like turning thirty and you are still single. You feel older than saying I am in my teens. But it's whatever. Turning twenty is a new chapter and age in life and I am excited what this year has to offer me. 

So I guess.... Happy Birthday to me, right?

Thank you for all who contributed Birthday texts, e-mails, letters, cards and gifts. I was surprised by the amount of love I felt that day and I feel truly blessed to have such amazing friends and people in my life. Thank you to my beautiful and amazing roommate Rylee for surprising me (along with my neighbors) with a birthday cake and candles as soon as the clock hit midnight. Thank you to my best friends Josh and Ced for the beautiful white roses (which happens to be my favorite) and the Panda Bear items. And Thank you for the rest of you who helped me feel special and loved on that day. 

I wish I could relive that day. 

I guess I have to wait another three hundred and sixty five days.
