a mother never lies

I have a confession... 

This confession is one of my passions. A passion that I work at every day. A passion that will soon lead me into a professional career. A passion that will help benefit me for the rest of my life. Nutrition and exercising is two of the key factors of my passion along with many other aspects. As many of my friends know, I am not your normal eater. I eat some strange things, weird concoctions and mixes that one would not put together. But for me they are good, delightfully satisfying 
and uncontrollably craveable. 

Do you remember the old days when we were young? The days when your Mother forced you to eat your vegetables and for some reason, every kid in the history of kids HATES the taste of vegetables; even the word made you want to cry. And of course, come to find out, Mother's are always right. Research as well as experience in training has helped me realize a lot about how the body works and how much we can control it with our mind. Our mind would cringe when we heard the word Carrots or Green Beans when we were young, but do old habits still continue 
when we are older? 

Duhhhh.

I hate to tell you but old habits can last a lifetime. This is mainly for all the woman out there (and maybe some of the guys who are into this sort of thing). Summer is here and I have fourteen key foods that I will help reduce fat quickly and get you into a slimmer and toner state (along with exercising of course).

two: Beets
three: Brussel Sprouts
four: Cabbage
five: Carrots
six: Celery
seven: Cucumber
eight: Garlic
nine: Horseradish
ten: Dark Green Lettuce
eleven: Onions
twelve: Radishes
thirteen: Tomatoes
fourteen: Apple Cider Vinegar

Looking at the list, I cannot stand the thought of eating half of that stuff. But mainly because it is probably from my reactions and feelings about them when I was younger. I am challenging myself and I challenge you to start eating these fourteen items in your daily intake and see how you feel and look after the first couple of weeks. I know it's nowhere close to the satisfaction of some Cold Stone ice cream and every girls chocolate crave, but it works.
