setting yourself free

Life moves quickly.
So quickly that as we look back at what could have been, we realize the amount of time that had been wasted to make it better.
Time is of value and for the most part, we use up our value in ways that are almost meaningless for ourselves and others.

Life blesses us with a certain time limit.
A time limit that can end in any given day. It is crucial for us to realize that time is of the essence and the phrase, "live ever day like it is our last"
should be weighed heavily into our minds. There should never be a day
that we do not go without compassion, faith, hope, success, changes,
 laughter and love.

When we acknowledge that changes, challenges, and hardships are there to deepen us—to remind us that we do get second chances and that we are each made up of love, compassion, and healing—
something remarkable happens.

Let yourself go and set yourself free to life. Let yourself be the best possible person you can be for the rest of the days of your life. Let your voice be heard. Stand out in the crowd and be the very best you can be each day. Each individual has the capacity to achieve greatness, but it is on our hands on how we use up that time in achieving our goal.
