times are tough, you are tougher

If you knew me, you would know my greatest passion in life is working out.
My favorite place to be is the gym.
& there is no greater feeling than finishing something tough.

Here is a full body workout [for ladies & gents] that kicks some serious booty:

<< 5 min jogging warm-up to get blood flow going >>

40 jumping jacks
15 squats
20 lunges [each leg]
50 bicycles
10 push-ups
40 high-knees
1 minute plank
1 minute side plank [each side]

<< 10 minute cool-down of stretching & drink lots of water >>




&& no matter how hard it is:

NEVER
NEVER
NEVER
GIVE UP
['cause tough times don't last, tough people do]
