it starts with one

Starting today, I decided that I am doing fourteen days of thankfulness in celebration for Thanksgiving and I want to start off today by saying, I am thankful for the friendships I have been blessed with. I know everyone says this, but in all honesty, I feel that my friends have been the most amazing group of friends that anyone could ever have the opportunity of knowing. 

Earlier this year, I found myself a group of friends that have been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I believe that God places people into your life as well as place you in theirs for a reason, and the fact that God placed these six beauties into my life, couldn't have been a more perfect gift.

Throughout those six months we hungout, I can honestly say, was the happiest six months I have had in a while and I give them all the credit. It didn't matter the distance between us all, we made it work no matter what. If we had to drive hours, cram into a tight living room and make ourselves a bed to sleep in, or make up an excuse to throw ourselves a gamenight, we were going to see each other. Without fail, I cannot remember a weekend where I was not with them. 'INSEPERABLE' was definitely the word I would use. 'CONNECTED TO THE HIP' was a term most people would use to describe our friendship and an emotion of 'JEALOUSY' raged in others whenever they saw us all together.
I have never laughed so hard, slept so little, and connected as tightly with a group of friends then I did with them. They were God's gift to me and I will forever remember those memorable days. Unfortunately, we have all gone our seperate ways and have growing up to do that conflicts our lives with each others' but I will always thank God for your presence. I will thank God for the lessons you have all taught me, the happiness you kept inside me and the meaning of friendship you have given me. I love you all.
