The majority who gain weight, gain it by "snacking" on unhealthy foods
or overuse of snacking throughout the day. What most of us consider "snacks"
are mainly carbohydrate based foods, which don't get me wrong,
taste great but are some of the worst for your body
and will give you that extra weight you are trying to avoid.
HERE ARE 5 SNACKS THAT ARE BOTH TASTY & HEALTHY
Apple and Peanut Butter
[1 medium apple, sliced, with 1 tablespoon peanut butter]
Oatmeal and Berries
[1 packet low-sugar oatmeal topped with a handful of berries]
Spiced Greek Yogurt
[6 ounces plain greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of sugar free maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon]
Deviled Eggs with Mock Hummus
[3 hard boiled eggs cut in 1/2 and a tablespoon of hummus in each]
Red Grapes and Almonds
[1 cup of plain almonds and 1 handful of grapes]
