exhailing your fears

Fear is straight up dumb. I wish it would just vanish, be exterminated, and destroyed from all existance. I mean, who came up with the idea of fear anyhow? It's a silly invention. It amazes me how much one simple fear can control every ounce of your mind, body and soul.

&& I realized, how much I have a fear of fear.

But why?

Why fear the fear at all? Nothing in life is to be feared, it should only be understood. And I think our own interpretation verses actual reality is the core of all fear. It is up to us to understand more so that we may fear less of the unknown of whatever the "unknown" may be. 

Have more faith. 

Because faith activates God, 

fear activates the enemy. 

As you grow up, you will learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lost someone you love. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, and love like you've never been hurt because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back. Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin. 

So do me a favor and do this: Tell your heart that the fear of suffering is worse than the suffering itself. And no heart has ever suffered when it goes in search of its dream. 

We tell ourselves a thousand times over that we will do something, we will have the courage to stand up, the strength to move on, the decensy to care and the willingness to love, but how many times do we actually follow through? So do me another favor: the next time you see yourself facing fear, exhale it all out. Remove that fear from your system and just say what you want to say, do what you want to do, && love what you want to love.
