thoughts that lead to actions

Never touch anything with half of your heart, be present, endlessly loving and compassionate towards others, confront any challenging situation first with a deep breath, wander, remember that your own happiness and comfort comes above all things, before reacting.... understand, eat breakfast every morning, find the faces in the flowers, remember what is important to you, treat your body kindly, be honest, get to know yourself, take things at your own pace, don't feel embarrassed to feel, laugh, cry, sing or love, remember that what's right for someone else may not be what is right for you (and that's okay), never be ashamed or afraid to ask for help, do what you love, remember that you always have a choice, find joy in what life really is...... living.

Everyone has one of those "down-er days" that, for some reason, isn't sailing the way you would like. Nothing was exceptionally right nor was it wrong, it was just a plain functional day that kept going. You know, the type of days where you keep looking at the time waiting for something exciting, dramatic, dull or impulsive to happen and by the end of that night, you receive nothing. For me, I realized instead of finding those climax moments of my days that make it either good or bad, I just need to live in the moments and take in those seconds, breaths and steps of each day, and just walk through it as with a head heald high and a smile on my face. I realized, if I just did these five simple rules below, it wouldn't matter whether my day was the greatest or worst of days, just as long as I went through it smiling, that is all that really matters.
