runaway

Since the beginning of the year I made a goal that by summer, I would run a few races and hopefully get myself to run a half marathon. 
This morning I went out to see if I could run ten miles in a decent time frame but after my halfway point, my legs were already dying and I realized how much I am still out of shape. I have one month until my first race in June and I really need to step it up. I have always loved running but preparing for half marathons is another ballpark. I commend any of you who run marathons or half-marathons. It's rough stuff. I have three months until my half marathon so lets see if I can kick myself into gear and actually do this thing and cross the finish line. 
But in order to really push myself, I may need a running partner a few days out of the week that has done half marathons/marathons and would like to train with me.
